Change is inevitable.
Transformation is a conscious process of evolving ourselves and ways of relating in order to (re)align with our values and goals, navigate injustice and uncertainty, and live fully and authentically.
My work is rooted in using the power of conflict to drive transformation. Conflict within ourselves (limiting beliefs), conflict with others (strained relationships), and conflict across systems (work cultures or healthcare) are catalysts for meaningful change. I support clients’ leadership development, organizational wellbeing, and fulfillment in all areas of life by helping them move through conflict with greater clarity, courage, and compassion.
Transformation on an individual, interpersonal, or organizational level is inextricably linked. Conflict allows us a chance to resolve the issue at hand and, more importantly, transform our relationships, including that most critical relationship, with oneself. From a place of inner resolution and practice, we’re then able to support the transformation of our personal and professional relationships as well as our organizations and communities.
My coaching, ombuds, and facilitation work engages at each of these conflict and relational levels to foster sustainable development through curiosity, thought partnership, and accountability.
